Facefull Aesthetics Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Facefull Aesthetics, we value your time and commitment to your treatments. To ensure fairness and clarity, please read our policy below:

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date if at least 24 hours’ notice is given for rescheduling.
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

At Facefull Aesthetics, we strive to achieve natural, safe, and effective results.
If you are unhappy with a treatment outcome, we will arrange a face-to-face consultation with your practitioner to discuss your concerns and explore appropriate options.
Please note: dissatisfaction with results does not automatically entitle you to a refund. A full refund cannot be guaranteed, as treatments involve professional time, products, and expertise, and individual responses may vary.

In rare cases where corrective treatment is required, this will be discussed and managed in line with best clinical practice.
